The lobby and common areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was pleasantly spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom featuring a refreshing shower and a large, inviting bathtub. What truly amazed us was the breakfast—a hearty, homemade meal. A beautiful buffet offered a varied selection of options such as eggs, omelettes, pancakes, and waffles. The gentleman who checked us in was exceptionally warm, kind, and helpful, even though our arrival was very late at night. He was also very discreet, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, the young man managing breakfast service was delightfully attentive, ensuring we had everything we desired.

Great location close to the beautiful Vondelpark and some nice bars, good rooms for a reasonable price. Nicely decorated, quite spacious, good common space for working a bit. Friendly woman at the reception and convenient parking, although it's pricey

Really lovely hotel surrounded by a nice neighborhood filled with restaurants, parks, canals and all things Amsterdam. Do check out the food market right next to the hotel! In Amsterdam everything seemed to be in walking distance, but if you're not loving the walks, there are tram stops 200 meters from the hotel entrance.

The entire hotel offers excellent service in a relaxing yet dynamic residential setting. Full of shops, restaurants and within walking distance or by public transport from all the city's main attractions. We appreciated the great attention of the reception staff. In particular Valentina and Maria who made us feel at home. The breakfast was really excellent, the best we have ever had in a hotel, unmatched, everything was fresh and made with passion and love. The daily cleaning of the rooms was meticulous and attentive to our needs.

The facility and room was clean, roomy and convenient. The location is not "that far away" from the city center or main attractions like main museums, but, "not that close", either. Depends on where you will go and how much you can walk, you may prefer using Uber or another type of transportation. Yet, it is in a very specific location, it is next to De Hallen.

A very nice, clean, beautiful hotel and a great yard where you can sit freely. Though bottom floor rooms lacked any windows and toilet was separated with glass door which provided zero soundproofing, so make sure you feel extra comfortable with your company! Other than that breakfast was basic and overpriced for what it offered. At the end of our stay we got charged for an extra breakfast, even though got refunded staff was quite rude!

The location is brilliant, it is just outside of the main central area, still walkable, yet quiet. if you are not a fan of coffee shops and don't want have any problems associated with those, then this hotel is definitely for you. There is a food market next door. The staff is super helpful. Facilities are great, there is a bath, showers don't take much time to heat up, there is an AC, rooms are warm, sockets are all in the right place. Beds are comfortable. Transport links are there.

The hotel is in a great location with all the sights of Amsterdam within walking distance. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants and bars with the wonderful FoodHallen literally next door. All the staff were friendly and professional and were quick to respond to any requests or queries. The room was pleasantly decorated and immaculately clean.

The neighborhood is really pleasant, and calm. There are plenty of nice cafés and restaurants close by, and the center is walking distance. It is for instance a stone throw away from the lovely "9 streets" district. The premises are very original, a former food hall (part a a bigger building where another food hall is currently in use). Decoration is great and cosy. The room are small but well appointed, the bathroom is modern and open plan. Aircon is working fine. The bedding is good enough, not excellent
